Agreement
These terms apply when you use this website or request work from Manolo's Landscaping, 97 Pennsylvania Ave, Coatesville, PA 19320. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Estimates and scope
Prices shown or discussed before an on-site visit are estimates. A written estimate describes the agreed scope, materials and price. Work outside that scope — additional areas, unforeseen site conditions, disposal of unexpected debris — may change the price and will be discussed with you before we proceed.
Scheduling and weather
Landscaping work depends on weather and ground conditions. We may reschedule mowing, planting, hardscaping or snow services when conditions make the work unsafe or would damage your property, and we will keep you informed of the new date.
Access to the property
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, to secure pets, and to tell us about irrigation lines, invisible fencing, septic components, low-voltage wiring or other buried items. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked items we could not reasonably know about.
Payment
Unless your estimate says otherwise, invoices are due on receipt. Larger installation and hardscaping projects may require a deposit before materials are ordered. Recurring maintenance is billed on the schedule stated in your agreement. Cancelled work may be subject to costs already incurred for materials or labor.
Plants and workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship. Living material depends on watering, weather and care after installation, so plant survival is not guaranteed unless a specific written warranty is included in your estimate.

Limitation of liability
